Trouble Uploading Your Statement?

If your statement isn’t uploading on Zyaade, here are a few common issues and how to fix them.
1. Your bank might not be onboarded yet
We’re regularly adding support for new banks. If your file isn’t uploading and the format looks correct, your bank may not be supported yet.
Contact us at hello@zyaade.com with details about your financial institution and we’ll prioritize adding it.
2. PDFs not working in your browser
Some browsers may not support the packages we use to process PDF files. If your upload fails, try using a different browser.
We recommend the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari for the best experience.
3. Check the file type
We currently support the following formats:
- PDF (bank and credit card statements)
- CSV or Excel files exported directly from your bank
Files in other formats, including scanned images or photos of statements, are not supported.
4. Password-protected or corrupted files
If your statement is password-protected, please remove the password before uploading.
If the file doesn’t open normally on your device, it may be corrupted. Download it again from your bank and try re-uploading.
